45-Day Return Window
Eligible items may be returned within 45 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
Return Conditions

- Free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or stains
- With original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be declined and returned to the customer.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on standard returns. Once your return request is approved, you may ship the item back using the carrier of your choice. We keep this policy straightforward so there are no surprises during the return process.
Refund Processing
Refunds are not issued until the returned item has been received and inspected by our team.
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing typically takes 3–5 business days after inspection.
If There Is an Issue With Your Order
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will make it right. Please email us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging so our team can review the issue. Once we confirm the problem, we will provide a prepaid return label and arrange a replacement or full refund.
